CVS commit by cumming: 

Kue can now have its GL context switched from underneath it. Fixes the \
balls-disappearing-on-second-game bug due to our display lists suddenly being deleted \
when we recreate the GL widget. We now actually use the display list for the cue, \
too, so now the game might actually be faster than before.
