CVS commit by cumming: 

Fix a stupid bug where calling layoutBilliards(Triangle) after \
layoutBilliards(Diamond) could produce an illegal rack (misplaced 8-ball). Code \
cleanup, add a warning when we encounter an unknown rack type.
