Same for me: Once I download something or save a document I only realize in 
that particular moment quite often that a new directory would make sense. 
This happens definately much more often then hitting the back, forward, stop 
or home-button. 

Although I hate the Gtk-Filedialog quite a lot, it's at least the "Create 
directory"-button which they got right ;-)
