Log Message:
Big sync with Qt's QRichText.
This brings bidi fixes, memory saving in QTextParag.
This also updates the richtext import/export in case we need them later.

I also started to rename Q* classes to Ko* classes to minimize conflicts with Qt.
More on that later, only QTextStringChar and QTextString done for now.
I realize that Werner had a lot of Qt3:: to add before QTextParag, and that he was
lucky there weren't more conflicts - I've just had many more.

QStyleSheet* taken from the real Qt now.
