Log Message:
Added bool place( const QPoint &pos, QTextParag *s, int *customItemIndex = 0 );
for someone who wanted this on koffice-devel (for RMB on custom items).

Removed code for drawing a box for unprintable chars, Qt3 does it for us now.
Fixed metrics in such case - QRT bug, fix reported to Lars on IRC.
