kfile API cleanup, KFileViewItem merged with KFileItem, KFileReader merged
with KDirLister. Several bugfixes, that were pretty much unfixable with
the old API.

Shortcut bar (yes, will become disableable). Hint: try right-clicking or
dropping a dir onto it.

Removed our own sorting (and all the problems we had with it)
