Hmm, this is almost a false alarm. I tested this further.

I have "always use cache" on.
My "No proxy for" reads "holger, localhost, 127.0.0.1".

And really, first looking into Wwwoffle's cache (the URL is 
"http://localhost:8080/index/http/?sort=dated"), then visiting some 
pages and then again looking into wwwoffle cache does not show me the 
recently visited sites.

However, my error indication was wrong: when I reload the page, I can 
see everything.

I looks like that a "No Proxy for" set to "localhost" does not imply 
all sites on localhost, but really only localhost:80 ...
