Konqi seems to have problems with:

- positioning form elements within a <div> (they are very displaced)
- overflow: auto CSS property on <div>'s (scrollbar within layer is missing)

The document has been tested with the W3C validator and except for the
wrap element of textarea (gr, cannot find out what to do with that) it
validates as HTML 4.0 compliant.
