Subject: Bug#1347: kwm: Removes environment variable PS1 on restore

package: kwm
version: 1.1.1
target: hppa2.0-hp-hpux10.20
compiler: egcs 1.1.2
When kwm restores a kvt it removes (at least) the environment variable
PS1. All other enviroment variables are set correctly. I think this is
NOT an error in kvt, because when I start a kvt from the panel the
variable PS1 is set to the value it should have.
I start kwm from the login shell:
bosw27:stefanb> echo $PS1
\h:\W>
bosw27:stefanb> startkde -> KDE starts and restores some kvt's
In a restored kvt:
bash-2.03> echo $PS1
-> variable is NOT set!
bash-2.03> _
In a kvt started from kpanel:
bosw27:stefanb> echo $PS1
\h:\W>
bos27:stefanb> _
As kpanel is started from the same shell as kvm in the startkde script,
there must be something special happening why kwm doesn't restore THIS
particular environment variable...
Regards,
Stefan
