There still seems to be a bug with the "active window follows mouse" option.
I upgraded a laptop from KDE 4.10.3 to 4.11.3 and the option seems to have been
removed from system settings.
But kwin seems to still follow the "ActiveMouseScreen" option in kwinrc
(section "Windows"). I had to manually change it from "false" to "true" in
order to prevent kwin from placing new windows on the wrong screen (most of the
time).
