This system tray is displayed at the top left corner when the panel's height is
low.

Same problem here, but neither the local reset hack nor the session management
cleanup worked.

For me, it seems to be a problem in the panel layout. Because if I change the
panel's height to a higher value, the notification bar gets gradually resized
as well, getting back to its original place. 

Also, I can't add any widgets to the panel,  they're now invisible in the
widgets bar. See the attached screenshot.
