275984 was marked as a duplicate of this one. (RESOLVED)

[Locale]
Country=ar
DateFormat=%A %d %B %Y
Language=es

I checked and found that the locale package was not installed. Probably a typo
when i installed a lot of packages and did not notice it ended being not
installed. I tested it after installing it and the locale tab did not crash.
