Version:           2.4-snapshots (using KDE 4.6.4)

When you try to insert a footnote in a new document Words crashes (already
reported), but when you select "endnote", it doesn't, it even inserts a "1" at
the appropriate position.
Unfortunately, that's all. Every additional endote also is number "1", and
there is no field at the end of the document where you could insert the text.
