Ivan, that's a good point, but I wanted to move the debate from whether it
should be a default to how to implement it. First we need a patch that works
then we can start evaluating if it is good or not for most of the users.

By all means I agree that a usability study would be welcome, but that
shouldn't distract us from working on the actual problem. So I suggest we move
on and stop arguing about defaults until this thing is 100% working (it wont be
tomorrow ;) ).

Has anyone tried to use the patch from comment #87 in kde 4.6? It seems not
exactly trivial with about 200 lines of code. But I'm sure it could be a good
starting point.
