Well, now something strange happened.

Just to be sure, I reverted composite.cpp and recompiled (I ran cmakekde
without "cleaning" first) but now I can't trigger partial updates with this
KWin! Supposedly, it has to be just like KWin as provided by Kubuntu packages,
and I still has the partial updates problem when running regular KDE with my
normal user.

I guess I should erase everything and recompile from scratch but I'd say that
KWin was updated after I reverted the file so I'm not sure why this is working.
Any advice?

I'll try to recompile everything tomorrow if I have time.
