If there is a bug, I surely don't have enough details to help you out here. You
should debug and find out why the service is not started by DBus (this supposed
bug, which I'm pretty sure is a misconfiguration since DBus autostart is what
makes your whole system work, is surely on DBus side).

Also: this is not a bug of interaction between KDE and DBus, because this is a
core DBus functionality. DBus autostart services work pretty much like
KService. You definitely have to find out why the service is not started in the
first place.
