No. Adding a knob for every possibly tweakable behaviour will leave you with a
almost-useless config gui. That said, storing the current workingdir upon
shutdown might be useful, but thats not possible right now for two reasons:

a) there's no way to store view-specific data in shell/sublime, so all konsole
views would have the same starting dir and which one that is would be defined
by the order in which the toolviews are closed during shutdown

b) the konsole kpart doesn't provide any access methods to read out the
workingdir.
