I have not been able to isolate the problem.  I downgraded to the 3.6.16,
recompiled Qt and tried again and I got the same error.  When I compile Qt I
have the flag set for compiling the sqlite plugin, something like
-enable-plugin-sqlite.  Is there another flag I'm missing?
