I think the point is:

When "Custom Makefiles" buildsystem is seleted inside KDevelop4 it will never
work. It's too complicated to parse the makefiles and understand them in order
to extract the -D flags

When "CMake" buildsystem is selected in KDevelop4 it will probably work,
because we can parse and understand the .cmake files and therefore we could use
the -D information.

Am I correct apaku ?
