Exactly, and I'd like to add that having the c++ support ignore defines won't
work as then you'd have two declarations of the same class/function, which will
break everything.

So the only possibility would be to extend the custom makefile support so that
one can add custom defines manually. As I'm currently writing a
custom-buildsystem plugin we can probably share some code for KDevelop 4.1
between the two to make that possible.

However, if the cmake support doesn't know about these defines, thats a bug in
the cmake support.
