In KDE SC 4.3.90 (4.4 RC1), KDM fades out before the plasma-desktop finished
loading: The loading icons just stand there for 2-3 seconds before KDM fades
out, leaving me with a black screen. Plasma-desktop takes 10-15 seconds more to
start. It seems that some listening/sync mechanism in the background is broken.

This used to work fine in KDE 4.3.4.
