Patch which changes system detection to use lsb_release

This patch changes the detection of Debian systems to use output of lsb_release
command.
It was tested on Ubuntu and should work also on Debian. Probably more
identifiers should be added to "debianDistros" list to properly detect other
Debian-based distros like Knoppix, Kanotix or Linspire, to avoid regressions. I
do not have them to test it.
