I'm not sure wheter it makes any sense to do that - ksvg is discontinued.
We have been working on a rewrite, called ksvg2 from 2004 on. Nowadays ksvg2 lives in \
WebKit - as a first class citizen. SVG work is completly done there. For more infos \
see webkit.org and friends.
