To simulate that functionality, you could draw a 2x1 line in another window, copy it \
into the clipboard and then paste it with the selection mode set to Transparent.  You \
can also clone that pasted selection by holding CTRL and then dragging the selection \
to another place.

Would this tool also be able to draw 4x2 lines, 6x3 lines, 8x4 lines, ...?

The functionality you ask for seems somewhat specialized so I'm not sure it should be \
added to a simple, general-purpose program like KolourPaint.  On a related note, you \
can draw 30 and 60 degree lines by holding CTRL.
