Ok, that's good to know. But then--I'm sorry--I'm not going to change the current behavior. \
Writing all notes to disk every time you hit a key would be horrible (and it's got to be all \
notes since there is only the one ics-file with all notes in it). No other application does \
that, just try KWrite or KWord or similar. If you kill X instead of shutting it down properly, \
you have to deal with the consequences--and I designed KNotes already so that only minimal data \
loss ever occurs.
And yes, the configuration, like note position, color, size, etc. will only be saved upon \
correct application shutdown since this information is not crucial. You could hit "Quit" before \
killing X to save everything. Thus, I'll close this report.
