Doh! I never thought of this. Hard to see a good solution though.. the search-replace \
plugin doesn't depend on a file to be open to do replacements on it, so what the \
editor thinks of a file doesn't really matter. It seems reasonable to use the same \
codepage setting as is used for the project, but on individual files that can still \
be wrong. For open files the solution is obviously to use their current codepage \
setting, but for any others? Hmm.. I guess just the above would be an improvement.
