I had just been thinking this myself recently. I think that it would also increase \
the performance of the playlist (such as a moving a song to another position on the \
playlist).

Custom playlists should be able to be saved to the database as well. When I save m3u \
playlists, i get all sorts of problems with them being truncated and not working with \
Unícôde folder names.
