slimmed down theme file (skz) exsibiting the problem

The theme is designed to test for locale using 
1. karamba.language(), (in 0.39 that returns "None", so)
2. Parsing ~/.kde/share/config/kdeglobal for "Language:"

Just set either to "ru" and you should see the problems.
