Strangely, in my case korganizer never crashes, but otherwise the bug seems to be the \
same or closely related: every couple of times I create a new event, it will take \
more than 15 seconds until the dialog window appears. in this case, closing the \
window (by canceling event creation) will in this case also result in 8 sec delay. \
This happens more often when korganizer is used in kontact.  I'm using kubuntu \
dapper; Qt: 3.3.6; KDE: 3.5.2; KOrganizer: 3.5
