For VBR MP3s without Xing headers, would it be possible to either
1) scan more than one frame to determine song duration (like mp3info does)
or
2) add an option to TagLib to allow full technical scan of the file
(like mp3info -F), so that TagLib scans all frames and can calculate the exact \
duration (and average VBR bitrate as well). See http://ibiblio.org/mp3info/ for \
