kopete uses for the "input area" the "desktop font" of kde! if somebody understands \
that, please explain. because the "chat window"'s font is configurable it's not clear \
to me why the "input area"'s font is not configurable, too. imo the chat-window-font \
should be chosen from the global font-configuration (as it should match the font used \
for other "read-only" apps), but the input-area-font should be configurable.
