In Russian translation practice (for example, Microsoft Office) 'Insert' was translated as \
noun. I know that English menu hierarchy like sentence: verb, then nount and possible addition. \
But on Russian all toplevel menu must be noun. Sure, there is only ONE mismatch of this rule: \
Insert.
