Add 'Delete Thread'

WIP, It basically just collapses the thread and then deletes it.

1. The 'Don't show this message' is the same for 'Shift-Delete'
2. If you select a message in an open thread, 'Delete Thread' will delete the
entire thread (above and below messages). Is this the expected behavior?
3. If you cancel the deletion, the thread will be collapsed.
4. If threading disabled or msg hightlight is not a thread, 'thread delete'
should be disabled (todo).

Against CVS/HEAD.
