At least in KMail 1.7.1 from KDE_3_3_BRANCH a few days ago I still see only the primary email address in \
the left box.  (And the resize problem is indeed annoying).

The old solution with all the addresses in the list wasn't the best also.  Maybe it would work better if \
the tree was populated with a third depth under which the secondary addresses of a contact are listed?
