I'm okay with renaming .deadletter. Renaming ~/Mail to ~/KMail is just 
too bold for me. I wonder what will happen if a mutt/pine/elm user 
decides to try out KMail ... they won't be able to see their old mail 
anymore in mutt/pine/elm.
