It seems to solve when switching off "access control -> ask when an application \
accesses the wallet" (crudely translated from spanish, I hope it's clear - I couldn't \
find a command to run with an overriden KDE_LANG). Apparently something is blocking \
Konqueror from even asking the user for access.

(I'm using KDE 3.3.0 from sources)
