I'm not sure, but it's been at least a few days.  I closed KDevelop, removed 
everything spelled *kdev* from ~/.kde/share/config and ~/.kde/share/apps, and 
started KDevelop before I filed the bug report.  That's with the latest 
updates as of the time I filed.  

I'll blow away the local image and checkout the whole thing again.
