I don't agree.
Deleting images from disk is a _very_ common action thanks to the invention of the \
digital camera, because there is no additional cost to take 10 pictures of the same \
thing, and choose only the best one after that. This action can be done only in your \
image viewer, because it's mostly the first time you review all your new pictures. So \
a conscient action from the user plus a confirmation dialog (explicit, while the \
default is unsafe) is a good compromise between being safe and not having too much \
pain to erase all those bad pictures.
