I can verify that this is a KSpread only bug. KSpread crashes on File->Open->SFTP, \
but opens the file via File->OpenRecent. Opening a KWord document or a plain text \
file with Kate (both File->Open) via sftp on the same remote system works without \
problems. Tested on KOffice 1.3 + KDE 3.2.2 (SuSE 9.0 supplementary RPMs)
