No, opening the .ps file results in the same view as the actual print 
from kpdf, i.e. no images. I also found that when I tell kprinter to 
print the page I am viewing when printing from kpdf, it prints the one 
before the actual page I am viewing. I will file that separately.

I am also gonna attach the ps file I created with kpdf, in case that helps.
