No, I am using the Hewlett-Packard drivers that come with suse, how can 
I change to some other driver, I do not know of any for the HP printers.

I must correct myself in this case. I tried today to print page 5 with 
kghostview and it DID work, even without first printing it to a file. 
However kpdf still does not print the image, even if first printed to a 
file.
