I made this feature request a LOOOONG time ago, and it still hasn't been done.  All I \
want is support for mice (like the Intellimouse Explorer) that have extra buttons (in \
addition to the usual 3+scroll wheel.)  Ideally, we'd be able to map those buttons to \
whatever we want, but a good default would be to map the two extra thumb buttons to \
Back and Forward in Konqueror.

Right now, the only way to do this is with imwheel, and that tends to break things.
