The actual behavior (do not span over more than one screen) is a _BUG_ (from the
view of usability)!
What we need (would like to have ;-) is the option to select:
- one of the screens or
- all screens 
as the place for the taskbar.

We need this feature (taskbar over all screens) back desperately!
