Subject: Bug#42810: menubar cannot be restored in kmix

Same bug with konqueror. While Ctrl-M does the job, there is no right
click option for doing it. Ironically, konsole has this feature where a
right click allows u to select/deselect "show menubar". Why is this not
true for any kde app ? There should be consistency.
