1. Nothing in the settings say that its Ctrl-M in kde3.
At the least this info should ne there in the settings
("show menubar Ctrl-M") so that the user knows what command is needed.
I think kde1 and kde2 had this feature which is missing in kde3.
2. The above solution is hardly enough. How many users would remember that
its Ctrl-M among the myriad possibilities ?
