This is probably the third time I've heard someone report this, and easily 
the 6th time I've seen it personally (didn't want to duplicate existing 
reports).  Either this particular type of b0rked html is becoming more common 
out of coincidence, or they are all using a tool that produces said b0rked 
code. Either way, it is probably something that will end up being addressed 
in khtml, if only to stop getting reports consisting of "Other browsers don't 
break!".
