My assertion is that logical consistency is one of the two most 
important factors.  Please do not generalize.  I make fine distinctions.

I did not say that I thought that it was more important than user 
experience.  What I think is that good design should result in a good 
user experience -- certainly poor design will result in a poor user 
experience.
