Actually that is OK with me. It is what I thought that I originally
proposed for 'width' and 'height':

	zoom-fit-height
	zoom-fit-width

but my memory has been failing me and I find that although that is what
I posted to:

http://www.freedesktop.org/wiki/Specifications/icon-naming-spec/to-be-named?action=show

that it doesn't appear on the KDE Artists list because you were already
up to 4 word titles for them.

However, "zoom-fit-best" is already in the standard and KDE3 has an icon
for it: "viewmagfit". So, I called it view_fit_window and I would
suggest that we continue that with:

	zoom-fit-window

to avoid conflict with the standard.

IAC, I think that:

	zoom-fit-height
	zoom-fit-width
	zoom-fit-window

would be fine. I think that I did say replace 'view' with 'zoom' and
the above is what you would get.
