I have not received any significant adverse comments.

So, is there any objection to committing this patch restore the HiColor theme to
KDEBase. The reason for doing this is for compliance with the FreeDeskTop
standards for themed icons.

If not, will Kenneth Wimer please commit it?

There are a significant number of icons in: "kdebase/pics/crystalsvg" that are
actually HiColor icons. Yes, we need CrystalSVG icons of these, but putting
the HiColor icons in the 'crystalsvg' directory does not help things. The
HiColor icons should be in the 'hicolor' directory. If there is no CrystalSVG
icon available, the HiColor one will still be used until there is a CrystalSVG
one available.

I ask that after this is committed that the developers that committed the
HiColor icons to the 'crystalsvg' directory please change the first two
characters of the name from 'cr' to 'hi' and move them to the 'hicolor'
directory where they belong. This should probably take care of most of them.

I and/or Kenneth will be going through both:

	kdelibs/pics/crystalsvg
	kdebase/pics/crystalsvg

to make a list of the icons that do not conform to the CrystalSVG theme. I plan
to them move the ones that do conform to the HiColor theme to the corresponding
'hicolor' directory so that they will be installed as HiColor.

Everyone's comments on this issue are welcome.
