By "default" I presume that you want it to be included in KDELibs & KDEBase in
place of CrystalSVG. I don't think that we should do that with 3.x.
This doesn't mean that I don't like it. I *do* prefer it to CrystalSVG. The
fuller tonal range and the wider range of colors make it more usable.
It should probably be included in KDEArtwork.
I do note one negative point:
It (like CrystalSVG) has some icons that are too photo realistic to display well
at 16x16 and 22x22. These icons look very nice at high resolutions but when
more than 4 colors are combined into one pixel (when they are reduced in size)
the very nice looking icon becomes a fuzzy colored blob.
